Ingredients

  • 1/2

    cup fresh orange juice

  • 1

    cup frozen or fresh berries

  • 2

    tablespoons honey

  • 1

    box gelatin (contains 4 envelopes)

  • Cookware

  • Small saucepan

  • Measuring cup

  • Large spoon

  • Tablespoon

  • Blender

  • Medium bowl

  • Whisk

  • Small rectangular pan

Directions

1. Pour juice and berries into a small saucepan. Heat over medium heat until berries are softened or about 2 minutes. 2. Add 2 tablespoons honey and stir until completely mixed. 3. Puree mixture using a blender. 4. Pour into a medium bowl and let sit for 10 minutes. 5. Slowly pour one envelop of gelatin into bowl while whisking together. Once whisked together, add another envelop of gelatin slowly until all envelops have been added. The mixture should be pretty smooth. 6. Pour mixture into a small rectangle or square pan. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Cut up and enjoy! Note: I suggest keeping these either refrigerated or at room temperature. Keep them away from heat because they will melt.
