Ingredients
- 1 pouch (1 lb 1.5 oz) Betty Crocker® oatmeal cookie mix
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup crisp rice cereal
- 1/2 cup flaked coconut
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 375°F. In large bowl, stir all ingredients until soft dough forms. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.
2 Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheet. Cool completely.
1/2 cup peanut butter chips or chocolate chips or a combination would be good added in.
