Ingredients
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 garlic bud (chopped)
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream style corn
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1 cup milk
- 1 chopped onion
- 1/4 cup bacon drippings
- 2 large jalapeno peppers, chopped

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients together and pour into hot greased skillet. Bake about 45 minutes (or less for shallow pan) at 350.
