Chewy Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup margarine
• 3/4 cup cocoa
• 3 tbsp corn oil
• 1 1/4 cup sugar
• 3 eggs
• 2/3 cup flour
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp salt- optional
• 1/2 cup walnuts- optional

Preparation

Step 1

In a large saucepan, melt margarine.
Whisk in cocoa and oil.
Remove from heat.
Whisk in sugar, then one egg at a time, till smooth and shiny.
Add the remaining dry ingredients and whisk until smooth.
Pour into a greased 9"square baking dish.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
Do not overbake.
