Ingredients

  • 6 mint sprigs, fresh and chopped
  • 1 1/3 cup boiling water
  • 3 tbs sugar
  • 2 12oz cans apricot nectar
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup lime juice

Preparation

Step 1

Combine 1st 3 ingredients; stir and let sugar dissolve.
Cover and let stand 1 hour.
Strain, discard mint.
Add nectar and juices.
Chill.
