Ingredients
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/3 cup margarine
- 2-29 oz cans yams
- 2 cups cranberries
- 1/2-1 cup mini marshmallows
Preparation
Step 1
Combine flour, brown sugar and oatmeal. Add cinnamon. Cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Mix yams and cranberries together and toss with 1 cup of the crumbs. Place in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Top with remaining crumb mixture. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Sprinkle with marshmallows and bake/broil until marshmallows are lightly browned.
