Ingredients
- 1 large or 2 small avocados
- 1 c. low-fat plain yogurt
- 1-2 Tbs. fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped
- 2 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Peel avocados & cut into chunks. combine remaining ingredients puree in food processor until smooth. Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
Use as a dressing for tossed salads or a dip for fresh veggies.
