Ham and Cheese Casserole

Ingredients

  • Ham and Cheese Casserole
  • 3 cup elbow macaroni -- cooked
  • 8 oz cheddar cheese, lowfat
  • 8 oz mozzarella cheese, part skim milk
  • 2 egg
  • 1 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1 pound ham cubes
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Preparation

Step 1

Combine egg, milk and paprika in bowl. Layer 1/2 of noodles, ham and cheeses in baking dish. Repeat. Pour milk mixture over top. Freeze. To serve, thaw and bake for 30-45 minutes, or until no longer runny (will be slightly soft). Let set for 5 minutes before serving.
