Ingredients
- 1 c sugar
- 1/2 c brown sugar
- 1 c softened butter
- 1 tsp grated orange peel
- 2 TBS orange juice
- 1 egg
- 2 & 1/2 c flour
- 1/2 tsp soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 c chopped pecans
- 2 c cranberries (chopped)

Preparation
Step 1
Beat both sugars, butter, orange peel, orange juice & egg on med until well blended. Add flour, soda & salt. Stir in pecans and cranberries. Drop by TBS 2 inches apart. Bake on lightly greased pans for 10 - 12 min. at 375. Cool completely before icing.
Frosting (I always double this)
1 & 1/2 c powdered sugar
1/2 tsp grated orange peel
3 - 4 TBS orange juice
