Creamy Spaghetti Squash

Ingredients
- 1 medium spaghetti squash, seeded
- 1 lb Italian sausage
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 summer squash, diced
- 1 zucchini, diced
- 1 C half n half
- 1 jar pasta sauce

Step 1
In a saucepan, heat the pasta sauce to simmering. Turn heat to low.
Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
Cut the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise. Remove the seeds and place cut side down on a baking sheet. Bake until fork tender.
Let spaghetti squash cool enough you can handle it. Rake a fork through the flesh to pull it into spaghetti. Place in a bowl.
In a saute pan, brown the sausage until no pink remains. Drain any drippings.
Add the garlic, summer squash, and zucchini and saute over medium heat until the squash is tender.
Add the half n half and simmer 2 minutes, until mixture thickens slightly.
Add the spaghetti squash and simmer another 2 minutes, until mixture is hot.
Serve Creamy Spaghetti Squash in individual bowls and top with pasta sauce.
