Grilled Asian Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 4 tsp. sesame oil
  • 2 Tbs. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. Chinese 5 spice
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 4 chicken breasts, skinless & boneless
  • Peanut sauce
  • Hot sauce

Preparation

Step 1

In microwave-safe bowl, combine 1st 5 ingredients. Heat in microwave 1 min., then stir. Heat again for 30 sec., watching closely not to boil.

Place chicken in shallow dish. Pour soy sauce mixture over & set aside to marinate for 15 min.

Preheat grill. drain marinade from chicken into small saucepan. Bring to boil & simmer over medium heat for 5 min. Set aside for basting.

Lightly oil grill grate. Cook chicken 6-8 min. per side or until juices are clear. Baste frequently with marinade.
