Ingredients
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. chai tea concentrate
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. nuts
- 1 c. cranberries
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Coat 12 muffin cups with spray.
Combine four, sugar, baking powder, salt, & cinnamon in mixing bowl.
Combine tea concentrate, eggs, butter & vanilla in separate bowl, whisk well.
Make a well in the center of dry ingredients. Pour wet ingredients into well & stir until just combined. Gently fold in nuts & cranberries.
Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake 15-18 min., until centers spring back.
