Orange Chicken Rice Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in strips
  • 1/4 c. Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing
  • 1/4 c. orange juice
  • 3 c. fresh or frozen stir-fry vegetables
  • 3 c. hot brown or white rice
  • 1/4 c. chopped cashews or peanuts

Preparation

Step 1

Heat nonstick wok or large skillet to medium-high heat; add chicken & stir-fry 5-7 min.

Stir in dressing & juice; bring to boil. Add vegetables. Cook 5-7 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.

Serve over rice, sprinkle with nuts.
