Ingredients
- 5.3 oz can evaporated milk
- 2-1/4 c sugar
- 1/2 c margarine
- 2 Tbsp vanilla
- 1-1/2 c chopped nuts
- 12 oz semisweet chocolate chips
- 6 oz milk chocolate chips
Preparation
Step 1
Stir evaporated milk and sugar together in a large microwaveable container
Microwave on high for 6 minutes, stirring often after 3 minutes. High for another 2 minutes till foamy.
Combine all other ingredients in a large bowl. Pour hot mixture over the chocolate mixture stir till melted and well combined. Pour and spread in a well-buttered dish
Makes 2-1/2 pounds fudge
