Ingredients
- 1 pkg sausage, cooked drained and crumbled.
- 4 1/2 C cubed day old bread (or loaf of French bread)
- 2 C sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 10 eggs, slightly beaten
- 4 C whole milk
- 1 t dry mustard
- 1 t salt
- 1/4 t onion powder
- 1/2 C sliced mushrooms
- Can also fry bacon to mix with sausage

Preparation
Step 1
1. Place cubed bread in well buttered 9x13 pan
2. Sprinkle with cheese
3. Combine eggs, milk, mustard, salt, onion powder and pepper.
4. Pour evenly over bread and cheese.
5. Sprinkle sausage, bacon and mushrooms over top.
6. Cover and chill overnight.
7. Preheat oven to 325
8. Bake uncovered about 1 hour. Tent with foil if top begins to brown too quickly
