Spicy Pop Pulled Pork

Ingredients
- 2 onions, peeled and quartered
- 1 pork shoulder roast
- Salt and pepper
- 1 11 oz. can peppers in *adobo sauce
- 2 cans pop, any flavor (coke, root beer, Dr. Pepper
- 4 T packed brown sugar
- Hamburger buns

Preparation
Step 1
Place onions in bottom of pot. Place roast on top. Season. Pour peppers over top. Pour pop over everything. Stir sugar into sauce. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for at least 6 hours, flipping roast 2-3 times during cooking. When it is fork tender it is done.
Let meat rest for 15-20 minutes. Then shred with forks. Return to pot to keep warm.
Serve on warm buns.
*Remove seeds from peppers for less heat.
