Ingredients
- 1 strip bacon
- 1/2 cup Haagen-Dazs Five Vanilla Ice Cream
- Grade B maple syrup, to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400F.
Cook bacon in the oven arranged on a rack in a rimmed baking sheet, and bake until crispy, about 15 minutes.
While the bacon's cooking, remove the ice cream from the freezer.
Use Grade B maple syrup. It's robust and rich flavor stands up to the smoky bacon.
To assemble the sundae, top a scoop of vanilla ice cream with a generous drizzle of maple syrup, then crumble on a strip of bacon.
