Ingredients
- 3 ears corn blanched remove kernels from cob
- 3 avacodos peeled and chopped
- 1 red bell pepper chopped
- 1 small red onion chopped
- 1 tbsp ground cumin
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/4 c fresh oregano chopped
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1/3 c olive oil
- 1/4 c red wine vinegar
- 1/2 c lime juice
- tabasco sauce to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients and refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve with corn chips.
