Ingredients

  • 3 ears corn blanched remove kernels from cob
  • 3 avacodos peeled and chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper chopped
  • 1 small red onion chopped
  • 1 tbsp ground cumin
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1/4 c fresh oregano chopped
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1/3 c olive oil
  • 1/4 c red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 c lime juice
  • tabasco sauce to taste

Mix all ingredients and refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve with corn chips.
