Ingredients

  • 1 large onion, finely grated
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. freshly ground pepper
  • 2 lbs. lamb leg or shoulder, cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes
  • 2 medium onions, cut in 1/4-inch chunks

Preparation

Step 1


Place in ziploc bag and marinate in fridge for 2 days, squeezing occasionally.


Grill in a grill basket.
