Ingredients
- 1 large onion, finely grated
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. freshly ground pepper
- 2 lbs. lamb leg or shoulder, cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes
- 2 medium onions, cut in 1/4-inch chunks
Preparation
Step 1
Place in ziploc bag and marinate in fridge for 2 days, squeezing occasionally.
Grill in a grill basket.
