Grand Marnier Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2 oz. Grand Marnier
  • 1 tsp. butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • Pinch of white pepper

Preparation

Step 1

In a saucepan, cook all ingredients on medium heat until they are reduced by half, about 15 minutes. Serve over calamari or other seafood.
