Ingredients
- 20-30 tomatoes
- 12-18 red or green hot peppers (I use 2 TBLS. crushed red pepper sometimes)
- 5 green peppers
- 5 med onions
- 2 TBLS . canning salt(uniodized salt)
- 1 21 oz. tomato sauce
- 1 TBLs. Black pepper
- 1/2 c. sugar(or to taste)
- 3 cups white vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
Chop vegetables and tomatoes and cook to desired thickness
or add 2 12 oz. tomato paste.
Pour into hot sterized jars and put lids on.
I usually process in the over for 10 min. at 350 degrees to insure sealing.
