Cilantro Orange Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbs. balsamic vinegar
  • Juice & zest from 1 large orange
  • 1/4 c. orange juice
  • 1 c. cilantro leaves
  • 1 Tbs. brown mustard

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients in blender & blend well, until cilantro is finely chopped & all ingredients are well-mixed. Best if refrigerated several hours or overnight.

Great over Asian salad, especially.
