Lobster Tails

• Lobster tails

Preparation

Step 1

1# lobster tail-cook 45-50 minutes
1/2# lobster tail-cook 20-25 minutes

Preheat oven to 400.

Place rack in 9x13 inch baking pan and fill with 1 inch of water.

Cut pretty side of shell in half and pull lobster loose and lay meat on top of shell. Tent with foil and bake.
