Taco Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 lime
  • 2 cans stewed tomatoes
  • 1 can yellow hominy(white ok)
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 can pinto beans
  • 1 can red kidney beans
  • 1 pkg taco seasoning
  • 1 pkg Hidden Valley Ranch

Preparation

Step 1

Cook and drain beef. Brown onion and add all tomato sauces along with 1 can water, more if necessary.
Add the rest of the ingredients, making sure drained well. Add seasoning.
When serving, add some lime juice on top and garnish with cheese and sour cream.
Serve with multigrain scoops
