Lib's Pimento Cheese

Ingredients

• 1 block Tillamook X-Sharp Cheddar Cheese
• 1 block Old World X-Sharp Cheddar Cheese
• 1 block Hellava Good Sharp Cheddar Cheese
• 1 to 1 1/2 Tbsp. Hellman's mayonnaise
