Linda's Corn & Black Bean Salsa

This makes a ton so obviously you can decrease it to what ever you need.

Ingredients
- Salsa for a Crowd:
- 3 cans black beans rinsed and drained
- 3 or 4 cups of frozen corn
- 6 or 7 or 8 roma tomatoes diced
- 5 or 6 green onions chopped
- cilantro, a bunch
- 6 about 6 roasted & peeled green chili's
- 4 or 5 diced avocados
- dash of cayenne pepper
- garlic salt
- pepper
- 6 tablespoon olive oil
- 6 tablespoon lime juice (I used a mix of lemon & lime this time)
- Small Recipe:
- 1 can Black beans rinsed and drained
- 1 1/2 cups Frozen corn
- 2 or 3 Roma tomatoes diced
- 2 Green onions thinly sliced
- Fresh cilantro to taste (1/2 to 3/4 cup)
- 1 small Can diced green chiles
- 2 Ripe avocados finely diced
- hint Cayenne
- Garlic salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 tablespoon Fresh lime juice
Preparation
Step 1
I put in everything but the avocado and mix and taste and add some of this or that and mix and taste until it's good and put the avocado in last so it doesn' t get mushy while you are mixing and tasting.
