Ingredients
- 2 cup flour
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 t. baking powder
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1 t. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 can fruit cocktail, undrained
- topping
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 cup evap milk
- 1 can coconut

350*.. mix cake ingred. by hand.. grease 9x 13 pan.. pour into pan and bake 30-40 min.
topping
put in small saucepan and cook for 10 min. . over med. heat.. pour over hot cake..
