Ingredients
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 lb semisweet or bittersweet chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup pistachios, coarsely chopped
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries

Heat oven to 400. Spread the walnuts on rimmed baking sheet and roast, tossing once, until fragrant, 6 tp 8 mins. transfer to cutting board and coarsley chop.
Meanwhile, line a baking sheet with nonstick foil. Melt chocolate in microwave on high 2 mins. Let stand 1 min, then stir until smooth.
Srape melted chocolate onto the prepared pan and sread into a rectangle. About 14 x 10 in.
Scatter walnuts, pistachois, and cranberries evenly ove chocolate. refrigerate until set, about 1 hr. Break into pieces.
