Quick and Nutty Jam Gems

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg (18 oz) refirgerated sugar cookie dough
  • 1 cup finle chopped peanuts
  • your favorite jam or jelly

Preparation

Step 1

Freeze cookie dough for 15 mins. Heat oven to 350.
Cut cookie dough into 1/2 in slices; cut each slice in 1/2. Shape dough into balls. Roll balls in peanuts. Place 2 in apart on cookie sheets.

Bake at 350 for 10 to 12 mins. While cookies are warm, make a depression in the center of each. Fill depression with jam.
