  • French baguette sliced 1/8 - 1/4 thick
  • Extra virgin olive oil or olive oil spray
  • 2 whole large garlic cloves, cut in half

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350.
Brush or spray)each bread slice on one side with olive oil.
Bake 8-10 min untily lightly brown - watch closely!
Remove from oven and rub each slice with cut garlic.
Let cool and store in plastic baggies or a plastic container with a good seal.
