BEEF AND SHRIMP KABOBS

Ingredients

  • MARINADE:
  • 2 TBS Olive Oil
  • 4 TBS fresh Lime Juice or Vinegar
  • 2 TBS Soy Sauce
  • 2 TBS fresh Parsley or Cilantro, minced
  • 1 tsp Crushed Garlic
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • MEAT AND VEGETABLES:
  • 10 Jumbo Shrimp
  • 1 pound beef Tenderloin
  • 1/2 Red Onion
  • 6-8 Lg Button Mushrooms
  • 6-8 Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 Green Pepper
  • skewers

Preparation

Step 1

Cut Beef into chunks. Marinate 1-2 hours. Add shrimp for last 10-15 minutes.

Cut veggies into pieces, put into small bowl add alive oil, salt and pepper. Mix to coat.

Assemble skewers. Grill 5-6 minutes each side. Let rest off gripp for 2-3 minutes before serving.
