Ingredients

  • Whole chicken, small, cut in pieces
  • 8 oz. spaghetti
  • 2/3 lb. velveeta cheese (approx.)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 small cans of mushrooms
  • Parsley, rosemary and thyme to taste ( approx. 1-2 tbs. of each)
  • Cavender seasosning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1


Boil a cut chicken in large pot until done; use only enough water to cover chicken plus about 2 inches. Remove chicken and debone; cook spaghetti in chicken broth.

When spaghetti is done, add cheese and melt over low heat. When cheese is melted, add soup, mushrooms and seasoning.
