Ingredients
- 1 c. nonfat dry milk powder
- 1 c. powdered non-dairy creamer (french vanilla)
- 2 tsp. vanilla (see note)
- 1 &1/2 c. sugar or sweetener
- 1 &1/2 c. unsweetened instant tea
- 2 tsp apple pie spice, optional
- 4 tsp. ground ginger
- 4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 3/4 tsp. ground cloves
- 2 tsp. ground cardamon
- 2 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1 tsp. ground allspice
- (Add vanilla into sugar. Let dry well (about 1 hour, then break into small lumps)
Preparation
Step 1
In large bowl, add creamer. Combine all dry spices in a blender, pulse until they become a fine powder consistency. Pour spices into bowl with creamer. Place sugar (not sweetener) in blender & pulse until fine, add to bowl. Repeat last step with tea & add to bowl. Mix all ingredients until well-combined. Store in airtight container.
To serve: Pour about 2 Tbs. tea mixture into strainer & 12 oz. mug of hot water. Let flavors blend 2 minutes, then remove strainer & tea mixture.
