Ingredients
- 1-6 oz semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 T. light corn syrup
- 1/3 cup rum (or bourbon)
- 1-7oz box of vanilla wafers, finely crushed
- 1 cup ground walnuts

Preparation
Step 1
Melt chocolate and stir in 1/2 cup sugar and corn syrup. Blend in rum.
Add crumbs and nuts and blend well. Shape quickly into 1"balls and roll in granulated sugar. Store in air-tight container.
