Protein Peanut Butter Squares

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup oat flour
  • 1 TBSP honey
  • 2 TBSP vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup melted dark cacao

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients except chocolate in bowl. Put in freezer for 15 minutes. Take out and put mixture in a small square container (size of a piece of bread) that is lined with cling wrap.

Spread mixture out evenly and oat down. Pour dark melted chocolate over the top, and spread to cover all of the mixture.

Cover and freeze for at least 2 hours.

Take out and cut in 4 pieces. Store in freezer.
