Ingredients
- 2 C flour
- 2 t baking powder
- 1 t baking soda
- 1 t salt
- 1 c butter, soft
- 1 1/2 C firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 T water
- 1 1/2 C quick oats, uncooked
- 1-12 oz. pkg Butterscotch Morsels
- 1/2 t orange extract

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 375. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; set aside in small bowl. In large bowl combine butter, brown sugar, eggs and water, beat until creamy. Gradually add flour mixture. Stir in oats, Butterscotch chips and orange extract. Spread on greased 15X10X1 pan. Bake for 20-25". Cool and cut into 35 2" squares. Can also drop as individual cookies and book for 12-15".
