Ingredients

  • 1 c. butter (softened)
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c crushed ridged potato chips
  • 1/2 c. ground pecans
  • 1 t. vanilla extract
  • 2 c, flour

Preparation

Step 1


In a mixing bowl, cream sugar and butter.

Stir in potato chips and pecans.

Add vanilla; mix well.

Stir in flour just until dough pulls aways from the sides of the bowl and forms a ball.

Shape into 1-in balls; place 2 in apart on greased baking sheets.

Flatten with a glas dpped in flour.

Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 min or until liightly browned.
