  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 12 oz cool whip
  • 2 pkgs choc instant pudding
  • 3 cups milk
  • 2 cups pecans
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup confection sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla



Step 1

Grease oblong pan. Soften butter. Add almost aa chopped nuts & flour. Mix together. Spread on bottom of pan. Bake at 350 15 mins cool

1st layer Beat cream cheese with electric beater. Add sugar fold in 1/2 cool whip (6 oz). Spread on cooled crust.

2nd layer Mix 2 pkgs instant pudding with 3 cups milk,1 tsp vanilla with electric mixer. Spread on top of 1st layer. cool

3rd layer Spread 6 oz cool whip over chocolate pudding. Sprinkle with remaining chopped nuts

Refrigerate overnight.
