Ingredients

  • 3/4 C white wine Worcestershire
  • 1/2 C lime juice
  • 1/3 C brine from bottled cherry peppers
  • 3 T minced, fresh garlic
  • 1 1/2 T Ancho chili powder
  • 1 T ground cumin
  • 1 T ground coriander
  • 6-8 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
  • Lime slices and sprigs of cilantro for garnish

Preparation

Step 1

Combine from Worcestershire to coriander and mix well w/wire whip. Cover and chill until cold. Add breast and cover, refrigerate and let marinate for at least 4 days! Drain breast and cook evenly on bbq until done. Transfer to serving plate and garnish each w/lime slice and sprig of cilantro.
