Ingredients
- 3/4 C white wine Worcestershire
- 1/2 C lime juice
- 1/3 C brine from bottled cherry peppers
- 3 T minced, fresh garlic
- 1 1/2 T Ancho chili powder
- 1 T ground cumin
- 1 T ground coriander
- 6-8 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
- Lime slices and sprigs of cilantro for garnish

Preparation
Step 1
Combine from Worcestershire to coriander and mix well w/wire whip. Cover and chill until cold. Add breast and cover, refrigerate and let marinate for at least 4 days! Drain breast and cook evenly on bbq until done. Transfer to serving plate and garnish each w/lime slice and sprig of cilantro.
