Mexican Street Corn

Ingredients

• Sauce:
• 1/3 cup mayo
• 1/4 cup sour cream
• Quesco Fresco / cut into small pcs or crumbled
• Fresh lime juice – 1 small whole one
• Season to taste with:
• Garlic powder
• Onion powder
• Cayenne pepper
• Salt
• Pepper
• Fresh bunch cilantro / chopped up...stems included

Preparation

Step 1

Corn:
6 ears Corn - shucked
1tbsn olive oil
Cayenne pepper
Mix cayenne and oil together, rub into corn and grill until done.
