Ingredients
- 15 oz red salmon drained
- 1 tbsp grated onion
- 2 tsp horseradish
- 1/4 tsp tobasco sauce
- 1/2 c chopped parsley
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c chopped walnuts
Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, cream the cheese. Add salmon, lemon juice, onion, salt and sauces. Mix well and chill.
Combine nuts and parsley.
Shape mixture into one large ball or individual balls.
Roll into parsley/nut mixture.
