  • Cake:
  • 2 (18.9 oz.) pkg. Pillsbury Linus' Great Pumpkin Funfetti Cake Mix
  • 2-1/2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 4 whole eggs or 6 egg whites
  • Frosting/Decoration:
  • 2 (15.6oz.) cans Pillsbury Linus' Great Pumpkin Funfetti Frosting
  • 1 flat bottomed ice cream cone
  • 1/2 cup Pillsbury Creamy Supreme Choc Fudge Frosting

Step 1

Heat oven to 350. Grease & Flour 12-cup bundt pan. Prepare and bake 1 cake mix as directed on package using 1-1/4 cups water, 1/4 cup oil, and 2 whole eggs or 3 egg whites. Cool cake in pan 15 mins. Remove from pan; cool 1 hour or until completely cooled. Repeat with remaining cake mix.

To make pumpkin shape, place 1 cake, rounded side down, on serving plate. If necessary, trim cakes to form flat surfaces. Spread top with 1/3 cup orange frosting. Place second cake, rounded side up, on top of first cake. Frost cakes with remaining orange frosting. Reserve candy bits for decoration.

Frost outside of cone with 1/4 cup of the choc fudge frosting. Place remaining chocolate fudge frosting in small resealable plastic bag; seal bag. Draw eyes, nose, and mouth on pumpkin with frosting. Use candy corn for teeth, set aside.

Insert frosted cone in center of cake to form the pumpkin stem. Decorate as desired.
