Ingredients
- 8 oz. package of softened cream cheese
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- vanilla wafers
- 21 oz. can pie filling
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix cream cheese, sugar and eggs until creamy. Put wafer in bottom of cupcake paper. Add 2 T of filling (about 3/4 full).
Bake 10-12 minutes.
Cool on rack for 45 minutes.
Add topping and refrigerate.
