Ingredients
- 1 1/2 box seasoned croutons
- 1 lb. cubed ham
- 2-3 c. cheddar cheese
- 8 eggs
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- pepper
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
Step 1
In a greased 9x13 pan spread croutons out. Layer ham on top. Spread cheese over ham. Mix eggs, milk, pepper and dry mustard together and pour over top. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Before baking the next day, mix soup and 1/2 c. milk together and pour on top of casserole. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
