Ingredients

  • 1 organic Granny smith apple
  • 2 TB organic coconut butter
  • Organic ground cinnamon
  • Freshly grated organic ginger

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375° F.
Slice the apple in half, lengthwise. Using a melon baller, remove the seeds and the stem portions. Place apple halves in a small casserole dish, fill the center with coconut butter, sprinkle with ground cinnamon and fresh grated ginger.
Bake 15-20 minutes, until the apple is slightly fork tender.
