Ingredients

  • GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST

  • 2

    cups graham cracker crumbs

  • 1/4

    cup melted margarine

  • 1/4

    cup white sugar

  • FILLING

  • 1

    pkg dream whip- prepared

  • 1- 8oz pkg cream cheese

  • 1/2

    cup icing sugar

  • TOPPING

  • 2

    cups thawed fruit- cherry, peach, raspberry or strawberry

  • 1/3

    cup white sugar

  • 1/3

    cup water

  • 1

    tbsp cornstarch

Directions

Combine all crust ingredients. Press into a 9" pie plate or 9"sq cake pan. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes. Set aside to cool. Beat cream cheese til smooth. Beat in icing sugar and prepared dream whip. Spread over cooled crust. Thaw fruit and drain juice into a medium saucepan. Add sugar. Bring to a boil. Mix 1/3 cup water and cornstarch and stir til smooth. Slowly add to boiling fruit juice, stirring constantly. If too thick, add a little more water. Cool. Mix in fruit and spread over cream cheese filling. Cool and serve.
