Ingredients
- GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted margarine
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- FILLING
- 1 pkg dream whip- prepared
- 1- 8oz pkg cream cheese
- 1/2 cup icing sugar
- TOPPING
- 2 cups thawed fruit- cherry, peach, raspberry or strawberry
- 1/3 cup white sugar
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 tbsp cornstarch

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all crust ingredients.
Press into a 9" pie plate or 9"sq cake pan.
Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes.
Set aside to cool.
Beat cream cheese til smooth.
Beat in icing sugar and prepared dream whip.
Spread over cooled crust.
Thaw fruit and drain juice into a medium saucepan.
Add sugar.
Bring to a boil.
Mix 1/3 cup water and cornstarch and stir til smooth.
Slowly add to boiling fruit juice, stirring constantly.
If too thick, add a little more water.
Cool.
Mix in fruit and spread over cream cheese filling.
Cool and serve.
