Ingredients

  • 1/2 c cherries, pitted – I used frozen
  • 2 Tbs chocolate chips
  • 3 Tbs old fashioned oats
  • 1 Tbs almond milk
  • 2 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • pinch salt

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350 F and prepare a 6 oz. ramekin with cooking spray. Add the cherries and chocolate chips and stir to combine. In a small bowl mix together the oats, almond milk, coconut oil, sugar, vanilla and salt. Cover the cherries and chocolate with the oat mixture and bake for 25-28 minutes. Remove carefully from the oven and let cool 5-10 minutes. Serve warm.
