Ingredients
- Pie crust
- 1 1/2 C Mozzarella
- 5 Roma Tomatoes
- 1 C Basil leaves
- 4 Garlic
- 1/2 C Mayo
- 1/4 C Parmesan
- 1/8 t pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Pre-bake crust. Sprinkle with 1/2 C cheese. Cool on rack.
Cut tomatoes in wedges, drain on paper towels. Place on crust.
Food process basil/garlic coarse. Sprinkle over tomatoes.
In bowl mix remaining cheese, mayo, parm and pepper. Sprinkle over tart.
Bake 375, 35-40 min. Optional sprinkle with more basil.
