Ingredients

  • 2 pound pkg. Hash Browns (thawed)
  • 1/4 Cup Melted Butter
  • 1 teas. salt 1/2 teas. pepper (or to taste)
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Onions
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 pint (2 cups) Sour Cream
  • @ 2 Cups of grated Cheese (Velveeta)

Preparation

Step 1

mix above and put into greased 9 x 13 pirex

Combine 1 1/2 to 2 cups crushed Corn Flakes with 1/4 cup melted butter.

Bake at 350 Degrees for 45-60 minutes or until done.
