Hash Brown Cassarole
- 2 pound pkg. Hash Browns (thawed)
- 1/4 Cup Melted Butter
- 1 teas. salt 1/2 teas. pepper (or to taste)
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Onions
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 pint (2 cups) Sour Cream
- @ 2 Cups of grated Cheese (Velveeta)
Cooking time 60mins
mix above and put into greased 9 x 13 pirex
Combine 1 1/2 to 2 cups crushed Corn Flakes with 1/4 cup melted butter.
Bake at 350 Degrees for 45-60 minutes or until done.
